Together, we can move from 'bridging' the Digital Divide, to closing it, with internet access for all our citizens
Connecting For Good has been operating in Kansas City's urban core since 2011 to close the Digital Divide through:
Free Digital Life Skills Training
Free Wi-Fi Internet Networks for low income housing developments,
Internet support for non-profits who serve the urban core
Low-Cost Refurbished Laptops and Computers
Community Computer Centers where we provide training and access to information and services vital for lifting people out of poverty
And now, we are proud to open our newest community technology center, at 3210 Michigan Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri
The Linwood Community Computer and Training Center
Equipped with Google's High Speed Internet Network, the Linwood Center offers connectivity at the epicenter of the Digital Divide

This is a Community Capital Fund (CCF) -approved and -supported project that was awarded a CCF Neighborhood Opportunity Grant because of the impact it will have in building neighborhood capacity and revitalizing our community. CCF has awarded Connecting for Good a total of $20,000 for the Linwood Computer Center, where 75% of the award ($15,000) is provided as seed funding for the crowdfunding campaign.
